    All orders are meticulously cut, sewn, and prepared for shipping from our studio located in Vilnius, Lithuania, within Europe. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number for your handmade order. This number allows you to monitor your delivery's progress on the shipping service's homepage at any time.

    Shipping options: 

    STANDARD (Free worldwide shipping):
    – Europe Union usually 3 – 7 business days
    – UK usually 3 – 7 business days
    – USA 5 – 9 business days
    – Australia, Canada and other countries usually 7 – 16 business days

    PRIORITY EXPRESS which costs 40 EUR:
    – Europe Union usually 1 – 3 business days
    – UK usually 
    35 business days
    – US, Australia, Canada and other countries usually 
    46 business days

    Shipping fees are not included in the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before the purchase.

    When returning a parcel, the client is responsible for the shipping costs both ways, meaning that these amounts will not be included in a refund.

    IMPORTANT. Delivery time is provided as a guideline only. Payment and customs issues may cause a delay.



    FG ATELIER ships your package according to DDU (Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary in order to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



    During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels. 
    Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. 
    Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following the delivery. Items are treated as faulty if they are received damaged or if manufacturing fault occurs within 6 month of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Also, please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

    Returns procedure 

    • Please print and complete our  returns form (Returns Form) and enclose it with the items you wish to return
    • Ensure all the items are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the parcel

    • Send the parcel (with enclosed returns forms) to us using your chosen delivery method. Ensure that you obtain a stamp (or other proof of posting) on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.



    When an item is returned, our staff must first verify that it has not been used or damaged. You shall then receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted, indicating the timeframe for issue of any refund due via the payment method used for the initial purchase. 

    Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser credit card or other mean (depending on used payment method).
    Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, FG ATELIER will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

    IMPORTANT: We do not offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
