Delivery to European Union countries: 3-5 business days. Countries outside EU: it may take up to 2 weeks, depending on your destination *Please note: National holidays are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.
What is your return and exchange policy?
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, FG atelier will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We try hard to ensure that does not happen! However, if it does happen please take photos to document the damaged product (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) and email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Does FG atelier have a showroom where i can try the collection?

Where are your products manufactured?
We are proud that all of our products are designed, developed and manufactured in the Lithuania (EU). Our design and production team are based in Vilnius at our headquarters in Vilnius Vartai business centre.
How can i determine what size i am in your collection?
We have created a sizing guide (size guide) for you to check your own measurements against.
If you require a customised size, we are happy to help you - we offer customisations.
What customisations do you offer?
We have our own manufacturing studio, which enables us to offer a variety of customisations across the collection including increasing your dress length or sleeves length. If you have a specific customisation query, please contact us at email@example.com
How do i track my order?
Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide you with tracking number which enables you to track your item.
