What defines a good, strong and reliable team? What features does each of a team members have to have to build a great connection and help to move closer to the same goal? Usually, these kinds of questions can be answered in a lot of different ways and there is no one right answer.
But let’s not start the philosophy lecture, better yet - let’s talk from our experience. Last month was pretty hard for FG ATELIER team. We were planning to move to the new office for a while now, but you know how things go… Fortunately (unfortunately?), we had a clear deadline and knew that by the end of the month we have to move out to our new place.
As a team of “girls only” we had pretty big “baggage” with us… To say it the least. 300 square meters of baggages all over. So we started packing and rolling, and packing and throwing stuff away and then regretting it, and packing again… for 8 days in a row. Non-stop. But let’s not dig deeper what happened on a way to the end with all of us. Let’s just say it was quite a challenge. Physically, emotionally and mentally.
Finally, we did it - we moved to our new, bright and super warm and cosy office. What did we learn from all the experience? Well, we for sure had the best team building ever - without investing a penny in it. So, if your team also needs some relationship test or a teamwork improvement - try moving to a new place, let’s see how it works.
